AI Engineer – ERP & Digital Operations (DFF OPS) in Riyadh

Role Overview:

We are seeking an AI Engineer to design and implement AI-driven operation applications (OPS) within our Dynamic ERP migration (Double Click → Odoo) and AI Factory initiative. The engineer will be central in digitising the RFQ→Quote process, building a secure Data Lake, integrating with Salesforce/Odoo/M365, and enabling Smart Quotation Engines. This role blends AI/ML development with ERP process automation, ensuring our operations become data-driven, efficient, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP + AI Integration: Embed AI capabilities into Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Inventory, Supplier Management).

• RFQ→Quote Automation: Build parsing models to extract fields from emails/website RFQs; support supplier matching and outreach with human-in-the-loop AI.

• Smart Quotation Engine: Develop RAG-based assistants using catalogs, specs, and certificates to speed up quotation creation.

• Data Lake & BI: Design pipelines from ERP/CRM/email into Azure Data Lake; ensure data readiness for Power BI dashboards.

• Predictive Analytics: Implement forecasting (demand, lead-times, margins) and anomaly detection on supplier/quote data.

• Integrations: Develop connectors and APIs to sync Odoo, Salesforce, and M365 with minimal failure rate.

• Governance: Ensure data quality (deduplication, cleansing), security, RBAC, and compliance across all AI modules.

• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, ERP integrators) to translate business workflows into AI applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or Data Engineering.

• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Odoo preferred; SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics a plus). • Strong skills in Python, APIs, SQL, NLP, ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).

• Familiarity with Azure Data Lake / Fabric, Power BI, M365 Graph. • Experience with RAG, vector databases (pgvector, FAISS), Streamlit/fastAPI.

• Understanding of supply chain and quotation processes is highly desirable. Preferred: • Prior experience in RFQ→Quote automation or B2B procurement systems.

• Background in manufacturing/lighting or industrial operations.
