Software:

Have a good knowledge of PLC Software (Siemens TIA Portal)

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on Siemens PLC-based compressor control systems.

Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, communication networks, and field instrumentation faults.

Diagnose compressor trips, alarms, and process control issues.

Modify, develop, and optimize Siemens PLC logic according to operational requirements.

Perform PLC program backup, restoration, and version control.

Configure and maintain Siemens HMIs and operator interfaces.

Support compressor startups, shutdowns, commissioning, and performance testing.

Configure Interface with VFDs, MCCs, motor protection relays, and instrumentation devices.

Perform loop checking, I/O verification, signal testing, and calibration support.

Coordinate with Operations, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams.

Prepare maintenance reports, root cause analysis (RCA), and technical documentation.

Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and international standards.
