URGENT OFFSHORE REQUIREMENTS in Riyadh

Project duration – 6 months (renewable)

1. Package Engineer

– Manage and deliver assigned E&I package from construction through commissioning and final handover.

– Coordinate installation, hookup, and construction activities as per IFC drawings and approved procedures.

– Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements.

– Interface with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors, and vendors.

– Monitor construction progress, material availability, and site constraints.

– Coordinate with concern team for SAT, commissioning support, and system integration.

– Ensure completion of PMCC and readiness for commissioning.

– Coordinate inspections, certifications, and acceptance testing with COMPANY.

– Ensure systems are fully functional and ready for handover.

– Coordinate for as-built drawings, test reports, and completion dossiers.

– Support project closeout including documentation and record books preparation.

– Act as focal point for package coordination between all stakeholders.

2. PMCC Coordinator

– Maintain and update the master punch list for PMCC, SAT, and PAC phases.

– Categorize punch items (A, B, C) based on priority and impact.

– Track punch item status (open, in-progress, cleared, verified).

– Coordinate with construction, commissioning, QA/QC, and vendors for punch clearance.

– Arrange and participate in punch walkdowns with QA/QC, COMPANY/PMT.

– Ensure compliance with PMCC and acceptance requirements.

– Expedite closure of critical punch items affecting commissioning and handover.

– Monitor progress and escalate delays or constraints to project management.

– Ensure all punch items are cleared before MCC and PAC acceptance.

– Prepare and submit punch status reports (daily/weekly).

– Maintain proper documentation and traceability for all cleared items.

– Support QA/QC for required supporting document for punch closure.

– Verify completion and sign-off of punch items with initiators.

– Ensure readiness of systems for acceptance and final handover.

– Support final project closeout and submission of completion dossiers.
