QUANTITY SURVEYOR – Civil Construction Experience in Manama

Competency requirements:

Education: Degree/ Diploma In Engineering, Computer with sound knowledge of software

Work Experience: 5+ Years experience in Same Field.

Knowledge/Skills: Should have knowledge of two and three dimensional drawings

Knowledge of Primevera, MS Project etc are the key requiremnet of this position

Duties and responsibilities:

• Site visits along with the project engineers / supervisors for measurement and understand the requirement of the customers.

• Preparing Prequalification Documents.

• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

• Preparing and analyzing castings/ BOQ’s

• Performing risk and value management and cost control.

• Advising on procurement strategy;

• Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks.

• Providing advice on contractual claims.

• Preparing project final account.

• Experiencing in Construction Industry is a MUST
