Senior Dispatcher Required in Manama

Position: Senior Dispatcher

Location: Bahrain

We are looking for an experienced “Senior Dispatcher” to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will oversee dispatch operations, manage dispatchers, and ensure efficient coordination between drivers and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise and guide the dispatch team to ensure smooth daily operations

-Coordinate with drivers to optimize routes and delivery timelines

-Monitor fleet performance and resolve operational issues in real time

-Maintain communication with operations and customer support teams

-Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

-Prepare reports and provide operational insights to management

Requirements:

Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar logistics role

Strong knowledge of all areas and locations in Bahrain

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Valid Bahraini driver’s license is required
