– Responding to all inquiries from customers and making suitable recommendations.
– Providing detailed information about the restaurant’s food and beverage menus.
– Collecting the bill after the customer has finished dining.
– Promptly responding to customer requests.
– Adhering to wearing the official work uniform.
– Setting up tables by arranging napkins, utensils, cups, spoons, and more.
– Checking the cleanliness of dishes and utensils and reporting any issues.
– Cleaning tables and carrying dirty dishes to the kitchen for cleaning.
– Reviewing daily specials or menu changes with restaurant staff.
– Adhering to workplace safety and health standards.
– Handing over payments to the designated employee immediately upon collection from the customer.
– Making recommendations for appetizers, salads, drinks, and more.
– Being attentive to all guest needs in the restaurant.
– Using a notepad or tablet to record orders for each customer and table number to avoid any mistakes

Requirements

• 4 Years Experience
• Experience in the hotel field
