The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by effectively promoting the restaurant, building strong client relationships, and implementing strategies to attract new and repeat customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote the restaurant to individuals, corporate clients, event planners, and other potential business sources.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer footfall and revenue.

Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.

Track sales performance and prepare regular business development reports.

Requirements:
