We are looking for HSE Manager (Aramco approved)

The HSE Manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of all Health, Safety, and Environmental programs for the Saudi Aramco LSTK projects.

This role ensures strict compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE standards, local regulations, and international best practices to maintain a safe work environment during the supply, installation, and commissioning of submersible pumps and associated piping, electrical, and instrumentation & controls works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project HSE Management Plan in accordance with Saudi Aramco HSE requirements and applicable local laws.

• Lead and promote a strong HSE culture across all project phases—procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning.

• Conduct regular HSE risk assessments, hazard identification, and implement control measures to mitigate risks.

• Ensure all work activities comply with Saudi Aramco HSE standards, client-specific HSE procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Monitor HSE performance through audits, inspections, and incident investigations; lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

• Manage and report all HSE incidents, near misses, and ensure timely communication to client and authorities.

• Coordinate and deliver HSE training and awareness programs for project personnel, subcontractors, and visitors.

• Liaise with Saudi Aramco’s HSE representatives, government authorities, and third-party auditors.

• Lead emergency response planning and drills, ensuring readiness and compliance.

• Oversee environmental management programs, including waste management, pollution prevention, and environmental monitoring.

• Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and safe work permits from an HSE perspective.

• Manage subcontractor HSE performance, ensuring alignment with project requirements.

• Prepare regular HSE reports, KPIs, and presentations for project management and client review.

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices in HSE management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in EPC/LSTK oil & gas projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial role on Saudi Aramco projects.

• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco HSE standards, Saudi labor and environmental laws, and international HSE best practices (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).

• Proven track record in implementing and managing HSE systems for complex oil & gas field projects.

• Experience in emergency response planning and incident investigation.

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP), NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to influence and engage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.

• Proficiency in HSE software, reporting tools, and MS Office.

• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.

• Ability to work under pressure in a demanding, fast-paced project environment.
