Training Officer in Dammam

We are seeking a proactive Training Officer to plan, coordinate, and support employee training and development programs within the Food & Beverage industry. The role focuses on identifying training needs, organizing training activities, and ensuring effective implementation to enhance employee skills, compliance, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify training needs in coordination with department managers.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate training programs related to food safety, operations, and employee development.

Prepare training materials, attendance records, and training reports.

Coordinate with internal teams and external training providers.

Monitor trainee participation and evaluate training effectiveness.

Maintain accurate training documentation and records.

Support onboarding and continuous development initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience or knowledge of training processes within the Food & Beverage sector is preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple training activities.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Experience in training coordination or HR is an advantage.
