Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Painter to prepare and paint vehicles to a high-quality finish. The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of paint systems, and the ability to deliver excellent results while meeting safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting (sanding, masking, priming).

Mix and match paints according to color codes and specifications.

Apply paint using spray guns and other equipment.

Ensure high-quality finishes with no defects such as runs, sags, or uneven coating.

Perform polishing and finishing work after painting.

Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety standards.

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality requirements.

Properly handle and store paints, chemicals, and tools.

Follow company procedures and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Automotive Painter (minimum 2–3 years preferred).

Knowledge of automotive paint systems (water-based and solvent-based).

Ability to mix colors accurately and match factory finishes.

Familiar with spray booths and painting equipment.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Physically fit to stand for long hours and perform manual tasks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification or technical training in auto body painting.

Experience in dealerships, body shops, or automotive service centers.

Knowledge of safety standards related to chemicals and paint materials.
