Accountant

Accountant – Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
– Prepare and analyze financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
– Assist in creating budgets and financial forecasts to guide financial planning and decision-making.
– Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment of bills and collection of funds.
– Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Identify opportunities for tax savings.
– Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations of financial transactions.
– Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.
– Provide financial advice to management, helping them make informed financial decisions.
– Use accounting software and spreadsheets to record and analyze financial data. Ensure software is updated and accurate.
