Job Title: Retail Sales Specialist – Fischer Retail in Riyadh

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Sales Specialist to join our Fischer Retail team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners and traders, and promoting Fischer products in the building materials sector.

Note: This is a field-based role (approx. 95% outdoor work) requiring daily visits to retail stores, distributors, and traders.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct daily field visits to retail stores, distributors, and traders.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Promote Fischer products and ensure consistent brand visibility across the market.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

• Coordinate with internal commercial and logistics teams for order follow-ups and deliveries.

• Prepare and submit regular sales and market activity reports.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in building materials sales, preferably in outdoor sales with traders or retailers.

• Nationality: Indian.

• Languages: Malayalam (Kerala), Hindi, English (good), Arabic (basic).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

• Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fixing systems, construction materials, or hardware retail.

• Valid Saudi driving license.

• Familiarity with the Riyadh market and trader network.

• Transferable Iqama
