Senior Accountant in Dammam

Salary Range: SAR 5,000 – 7,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations in Zoho, including:

Field cash verification and cash/bank reconciliations.

Monthly cash book closing and reconciliation of advances.

Accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP) management.

Handle invoicing and collection processes across multiple stores and showrooms, ensuring timely consolidation of all financial records.

Prepare monthly financial summaries and reconciliations.

Use and maintain POS (Point of Sale) software for transaction tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.

Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations, including:

Tax, VAT, Zakat, and Withholding Tax (WHT) requirements.

Preparation and submission of tax returns, VAT filings, and refund coordination.

Support external audits by providing required documentation and clarifications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail or multi-branch environment.

Strong knowledge of invoicing, collections, and consolidation processes.

Proven experience in cash flow management.

Hands-on experience with POS systems and accounting software (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar).

Excellent analytical and communication skills.
