RIGGER III – Aramco Approved in Jubail

Roles & Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate lifting equipment, including cranes, hoists, and winches, to move heavy materials on the rig site.

• Inspect and maintain rigging gear, such as slings, shackles, and spreader bars, ensuring they meet ARAMCO safety standards and are in optimal working condition.

• Calculate load weights and select appropriate rigging hardware and lifting techniques to prevent accidents and equipment damage.

• Direct crane operators and other personnel involved in lifting operations, providing clear and precise signals and instructions.

• Adhere strictly to all ARAMCO safety regulations and company policies, participating actively in safety meetings and hazard assessments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Rigger in the oil and gas industry, specifically with offshore or onshore rig operations.

• Possession of a valid ARAMCO-approved Rigger III certification or equivalent recognized by Saudi Aramco.

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication and understanding of safety procedures.

• Strong understanding of ARAMCO safety standards, JSA (Job Safety Analysis), and permit-to-work systems.

• Excellent physical condition, including the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in demanding weather conditions.
