# We’re Hiring Showroom Manager – Industrial Automation

📍 *Location:* Baladiyah, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

MAFA Co. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven *Showroom Manager* to lead our Industrial Automation showroom in Jeddah.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily showroom operations, developing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while representing world-renowned industrial brands.

### About the Showroom

Our showroom features leading industrial automation and power transmission solutions, including:

* SIEMENS PLCs, HMIs, Drives & Industrial Automation Components

* SICK Sensors and Industrial Identification Solutions

* NORD Drivesystems Motors & Gear Units

* Electrical, automation, and industrial control products from globally recognized manufacturers

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the showroom.

* Welcome and professionally assist walk-in customers, contractors, system integrators, OEMs, and industrial clients.

* Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

* Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial offers, and close sales opportunities.

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while expanding the customer base.

* Develop long-term relationships with industrial customers and key accounts.

* Coordinate inventory, stock levels, purchasing, and product availability.

* Ensure attractive product displays and maintain high showroom standards.

* Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.

* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.

* Lead and supervise showroom staff while maintaining a professional and customer-focused environment.

### Candidate Requirements

* Currently residing in *Saudi Arabia*.

* Available for *immediate transfer*.

* Minimum *5 years of experience* in managing an industrial showroom, industrial trading business, or technical sales environment.

* Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation products, including PLCs, sensors, drives, motors, control components, and related systems.

* Experience with brands such as *SIEMENS, SICK, NORD*, or other leading industrial automation manufacturers is highly preferred.

* Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

* Experience preparing quotations, handling tenders, and managing customer inquiries.

* Good understanding of inventory management and showroom operations.

* Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
