Position Overview
As a Pre-sales Specialist focused on the education sector, you will be the critical link between our cutting-edge technology and the needs of our university clients. Your primary responsibility is to deeply understand and uncover the challenges and requirements of Saudi universities. Through professional solution presentation and technical communication, you will build customer trust and help convert potential opportunities into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Maintenance & Needs Discovery: Proactively and regularly visit assigned university clients to maintain existing relationships and understand their current challenges; keenly identify their latent needs to lay the groundwork for sales opportunities.
Solution Design & Presentation: Collaborate with the technical team to develop and deliver tailored technical proposals, product demonstrations, and solutions that clearly illustrate how our technologies (Virtualization, AI, IoT, VDI) can empower education and research.
Technical Communication & Support: Act as a technical expert to address client inquiries, organize product demos and technical workshops, and effectively enhance client understanding and confidence in our solutions.
Market & Client Development: Build upon the maintenance of existing accounts to gradually accumulate industry reputation and assist the team in开拓 new university client resources.
Solution Documentation: Assist in building a repository of standardized solution materials, case studies, and best practices for the education sector.
Qualifications:
Down-to-earth, integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and a diligent, hard-working attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at listening and building long-term, trusted relationships with clients at all levels (including faculty, IT administrators, and university leadership).
Strong self-motivation and problem-solving skills, capable of proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities without shying away from challenges.
Experience in IT pre-sales, technical sales, or customer success is preferred. A background in the education sector or a strong interest in smart campuses and digital teaching is highly advantageous.
Team player with the ability to collaborate closely with sales and technical teams.
Language: Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory to ensure seamless and in-depth communication with local clients.
