Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant – Conducts balance sheet reviews, account analysis, account reconciliations, including but not limited to bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations
– Maintains financial reporting through journal entries, preparation of balance sheets and P&L statements
– Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts
– Prepare Income Tax, Zakat, WHT and VAT filing and submit to CFO and GAZT along with all back-up documentation
– Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data
– Execute daily bank payment transfers
– Ensure bank guarantee follow-up and bank conditions applications
– Process payroll, accounting and administrative related tasks
– Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes
– Willing and able to perform related responsibilities as needed.
