إعلان وظيفة مسؤولة تطوير الأعمال بالسعودية Responsibilities and duties
· Execute the sales and marketing strategy
· Conduct client visits to achieve stated objectives
· Develop relevant materials for use during BD visits
· Manage end-to-end business operations for all relevant functions within the firm
· Provide weekly visit schedule to arrange meetings/calls/follow up actions
· Ensure CRM is updated on a regular basis and is aligned to the firm’s other databases
· Conduct regular follow up with both existing and potential clients to address admin and BD matters (i.e. engagement processes, invoices, offers etc.)
· Develop and execute relationship maintenance strategy
· Proactively engage with existing and potential clients to achieve departmental and firm objectives
· Promptly respond to client queries and concerns in liaison with relevant entities within the firm
· Execute the firm’s sales and marketing strategy in liaison with relevant external agencies including but not limited to advertising agencies, sales and marketing consultancies, content developers, graphic design specialists, social media and new media specialists.
· Set and conduct regular meetings with the partners to provide status update on all aspects related to administrative and business development functions
· Prepare and present to the partners monthly BD report to showcase highlights, issues, risks, pipeline, schedule variance, cost variance, target variance, and recommended actions to modify any discrepancies
· Conduct meetings/calls as required by the client needs to ensure implementation of CR and BD strategy
· Prepare and draft meeting/call reports and execute or delegate required actions

• المؤهل: بكالوريوس إدارة أعمال، قانون
• استخدام الحاسب الآلي
