QA Manager – EPC Project (Riyadh, KSA) in Riyadh

A leading Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contractor in the Oil & Gas sector is seeking an experienced QA Manager to join their project team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for candidates with strong EPC project exposure and a proven track record in managing Quality Assurance functions for large‑scale industrial projects.

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Project Type: EPC – Oil & Gas / Industrial Construction

Availability: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the project Quality Assurance Plan in alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Lead the QA function across all project phases, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client expectations.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure quality objectives are met.

Conduct internal audits, supplier audits, and subcontractor quality evaluations.

Review and approve project quality documents including ITPs, procedures, method statements, and NCRs.

Monitor and report on quality performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Interface with client representatives for all QA‑related matters and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.

Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to QA/QC personnel assigned to the project.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline).

10–15 years of experience in Quality Assurance within EPC projects, preferably in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, international codes, and industry standards.

Demonstrated experience in preparing and implementing QA plans, procedures, and audit programs.

Previous experience working on major EPC projects in the GCC is highly preferred.

Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor, CQE) is an added advantage.
