Project Manager in Riyadh

Job Description:

Responsible for overall planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within budget, schedule, and quality standards. Coordinates with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Oversees site operations, manages project budgets, monitors progress, resolves issues, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution.

Manage resources, budgets, and subcontractors effectively.

Ensure project delivery meets client specifications and deadlines.

Prepare progress reports and attend coordination meetings.

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and contractual standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction/project management (preferably in KSA).

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
