Production Supervisor in Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations. The role includes leading production teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production operations and team performance.

Ensure production targets are met on time and with required quality.

Solve operational issues and support continuous workflow.

Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.

Prepare shift reports and production documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).

Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.

Transferable Iqama (Required).
