Production Distribution System Operator (PDS Operator)

Responsible for monitoring automated equipment, managing operational software, controlling production distribution systems and ensure production workflows run smoothly, data is accurately recorded, and facility system remain.

Core Responsibilities

System Monitoring – Observe computer system screens, and control equipment to ensure production targets and system performance metric are met.

Data Management and Logging – extracting data from INNOVA system, inputting, tracking and verifying daily production data and reports. Maintaining strict logbooks records detailing shift activities.

Troubleshooting – identifying process deviations or software issue, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with maintenance or MAREL help desk to resolve the issues. Performing troubleshooting, adjusting parameters and other issues with date printers.

Equipment Setup – setting up the computer system product control and webtool, performing routine checks to quality camera system and weighing system, calibrating metal detectors and smart weigher.
