We Are Hiring – HSE Coordinator (ARAMCO Approved) in Dammam

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and HSE non-compliance.

• Prepare and coordinate ARAMCO project documentation, including CSSP, HIP, and other required submissions.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, and safe working practices across all project activities.

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Maintain HSE records, including inspection reports, toolbox talks, incident reports, and training documentation.

• Prepare daily HSE reports and communicate safety observations and incidents to site management.

• Support HSE training initiatives and promote a strong safety culture across the project.

• Ensure full compliance with ARAMCO safety requirements and company HSE standards.

• Conduct internal HSE audits in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements, identify non-conformities, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 8–10 years of experience as a Safety Coordinator or Lead HSE professional in Oil & Gas projects.

• Strong experience with ARAMCO safety standards, hazard identification, risk assessment, and HSE compliance.

• Experience in large-scale industrial, commercial, healthcare, residential, or mixed-use projects is preferred.

Required Certifications / Knowledge

• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).

• ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.

• ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.

Preferred Certifications

• IOSH Certification.

• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, ARAMCO safety standards, and hazard identification techniques.

• Ability to conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

• Familiarity with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, PPE requirements, and emergency response procedures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
