Smart Homes & Buildings Technician in Riyadh

We are looking for a skilled Smart Homes & Buildings Technician to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in smart home and building technologies, strong electrical knowledge, and the ability to work on-site installations.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain smart home and building automation systems

Perform electrical and low-current installations in residential and commercial projects

Work with wired systems such as KNX, BMS, DALI, and Loxone.

Work with wireless technologies including Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, and IoT solutions.

Install and organize network racks, including switches, patch panels, and cabling.

Install and configure IP cameras, access points, routers, smart door locks, intercoms, and access control systems.

Test, troubleshoot, and commission systems on-site

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of electrical systems in homes and buildings.

Previous hands-on experience in smart homes and smart buildings.

Experience with both wired and wireless automation systems.

Basic understanding of networking concepts.

Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Valid driving license

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
