Key Responsibilities 1. IT Systems Administration

Administer and maintain internal IT systems, networks, and hardware.

Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across company systems.

Implement security protocols, backups, and disaster recovery plans.

Procure, set up, and configure IT equipment and software.

2. Website Management

Maintain and update the company website (content, functionality, security).

Perform regular backups, updates, and performance optimization.

Ensure website SEO, responsiveness, and user experience are optimized.

Coordinate with developers or vendors for major updates or fixes.

3. Marketing & Social Media Accounts

Manage company social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

Schedule and publish content in alignment with marketing strategies.

Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and analyze performance metrics.
