Structural Estimator in Jeddah

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Structural Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for structural construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in interpreting structural drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop competitive and reliable bids.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze structural drawings, specifications, and bid documents

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for structural components (steel, concrete, rebar, formwork, etc.)

Develop accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals

Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes for accuracy and scope compliance

Identify risks, value-engineering opportunities, and cost-saving alternatives

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams

Maintain historical cost data and estimating databases

Assist in post-bid reviews and project handovers

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)

[X]+ years of experience as a Structural Estimator or similar role

Strong knowledge of structural systems and construction methods

Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Primavera, Excel, or similar)

Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings

Preferred Skills

Experience with commercial / industrial / residential projects (specify)

Knowledge of local construction codes and standards

Experience working with fast-paced bid environments
