Operation Manager For F & B Outlet in Manama

We are looking for an Operation Manager for F & B outlet.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

• 5+ years of experience in food & beverage operations

• 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role

• Experience in restaurants, hotels, or small-scale F&B operations

Core Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Deep knowledge of food & beverage service standards

• Inventory management and supplier negotiation

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to analyze KPIs and improve operational efficiency

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Operational Knowledge

• Menu planning and pricing strategies

• Local food & beverage regulations and labor laws

• Quality control and service consistency

• Staff scheduling and workforce optimization

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations across outlets

• Ensure high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction

• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff

• Control costs, reduce waste, and maximize profitability

• Coordinate with chefs, suppliers, and senior management

• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues
