Sales Manager in Jubail

Job Summary :

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development and sales operations for our EPC projects and manpower rental services in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate has strong existing client relationships in the KSA market, proven project sales experience, and the ability to lead and manage a sales team. The candidate must hold a transferable Iqama and a valid Saudi driving license.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Develop and execute sales strategy for EPC contracts and manpower rental services (civil, mechanical, electrical, scaffolding, riggers, welders, operators, etc.)

2) Generate leads, build pipeline, and close new business with contractors, industrial clients, and project owners across KSA

3) Maintain and grow existing client accounts, ensuring repeat business and long-term contracts

4) Manage the full sales cycle: client meetings, site visits, proposals, commercial offers, negotiations, and contract closure

5) Coordinate with operations, HR/recruitment, finance, and procurement to ensure smooth mobilization, compliance, and delivery

6) Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team, including targets, reporting, and performance reviews

7) Prepare pricing, quotations, rate cards, and commercial proposals aligned with company margins and market competitiveness

Required Qualifications & Experience

1) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) 4–7 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia, specifically in EPC and/or manpower rental / contracting services.

2) Strong client network in KSA with proven ability to bring ongoing projects and immediate business opportunities.

3) Proven record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value contracts.

4) Experience leading a team and managing people with measurable performance outcomes.

Mandatory Requirements

1) Transferable Iqama (Must)

2) Valid Saudi driving license (Must)

3) Currently in Saudi Arabia (preferred) and available to join within a short notice period

Skills & Competencies

1) Strong negotiation, contract closing, and relationship management skills

2) Excellent communication and presentation skills (Arabic is a plus; English required)

3) Strong understanding of EPC tendering, manpower rate structures, SLAs, and contract terms

4) ERP/CRM knowledge (sales orders, quotations, purchasing coordination, inventory/service tracking, invoicing workflow)

5) Understanding of purchasing/procurement coordination related to project requirements and mobilization

6) Strong reporting skills: pipeline tracking, forecasting, monthly sales plans, and KPI management

7) Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously
