Estimation Engineer Required For A Reptable Contracting Company in Jubail

A well-reputed company in Jubail needs an estimation engineer with a strong back ground of estimating projects related to Civil, MEP & IE desciplines. The core responsibilities will include:

• Analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, scope of work, and contract details to understand project requirements.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracts using vendor quotes, internal data, and manual/software methods.

• Work with project managers, construction teams, and other professionals to align estimates with project strategy and execution plans.

• Solicit and analyze technical and commercial offers from vendors and subcontractors, preparing comparative statements.

• Develop bid documents, technical clarifications, and provide financial reports for management.

• Attend site visits to assess site conditions and project scope.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Engineering degree in any discipline – Civil Engineering will be preferred

• At least 3-5 years of industry experience with reputable companies across Kingdom or internationally

• Strong analytical and planning skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, CAD).

• Excellent communication to liaise with various stakeholders.

Typical Deliverables:

• Detailed cost estimates (conceptual, preliminary, final).

• Bill of Quantities (BOQ) analysis.

• Technical and commercial proposals.

• Cost comparison reports for vendors.
