Technical-Commercial Coordinator in Riyadh

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Commercial Coordinator to support the day-to-day commercial and operational activities of our engineering business. The role focuses on quotation preparation, supplier coordination, procurement follow-up, project documentation, invoicing support, payment follow-up, technical submittals, and customer coordination.

Commercial & Quotations

Review RFQs and client inquiries; prepare technical and commercial quotations; obtain supplier quotations; prepare bid comparison sheets; coordinate pricing, lead times and compliance; maintain quotation trackers; follow up with clients; support tender submissions.

Procurement & Vendor Management

Source materials and equipment; obtain competitive quotations; compare offers; coordinate purchase orders; track deliveries; maintain procurement reports and supplier databases.

Technical Documentation

Prepare technical submittals, compliance statements, material submissions, reports, handover documents, closeout packages and document registers.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers; maintain action trackers; monitor deliverables and project milestones.

Invoicing & Payment Follow-Up

Prepare invoices and supporting documents; follow up on submitted invoices; maintain payment tracking reports; coordinate with accounts regarding receivables.

Office Operations

Manage correspondence; organize meetings; maintain records; ensure timely responses; support management with commercial and administrative activities.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in technical-commercial coordination. Experience in electrical, MEP, industrial automation or contracting companies is preferred.

Required Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PDF editing. Basic AutoCAD and MS Project preferred. Strong understanding of technical specifications and commercial processes.
