Operations Leader (Mechanical Background) in Dammam

Our company is seeking a highly qualified Operations Leader to join our team in the field of steel fabrication and mechanical works.

Requirements:

• Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Diploma.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in:

o Steel fabrication

o Mechanical works including maintenance of valves, pumps, and heat exchangers

• Ability to bring new projects, evaluate them, and execute them efficiently.

• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (Blueprints).

• Excellent planning and scheduling (Planning & Scheduling) skills.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Knowledge of HSE standards and ability to apply safety requirements on-site.

• Ability to prepare technical reports and monitor project progress.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure work is executed according to plans and specifications.

• Read engineering drawings and guide teams for accurate implementation.

• Prepare work plans and schedules and ensure adherence to project timelines.

• Supervise fabrication, installation, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Evaluate new projects, communicate with clients, and support proposal preparation.

• Lead teams, improve productivity, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including:

o Meeting project schedules

o Cost control and productivity rates

o Quality of work and reduction of errors/reworks

o Compliance with HSE requirements

o Client satisfaction and successful project delivery
