Business Development Specialist in Jubail

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive company growth, identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and develop strategies to increase business through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, new markets, and industry trends

– Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events and conferences

– Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and key stakeholders

– Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, increase profitability, and expand the company’s market reach

– Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals

– Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a unified approach to business objectives

– Monitor market and sales performance metrics, track sales activities, and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management

Compensation and Benefits:

– Fixed monthly salary: 6000 SAR

– Accommodation allowance: 500 SAR

– Mobile allowance: 250 SAR

– Car and fuel provided by BESCO

– IQAMA provided by BESCO.

– Incentives and other benefits will be furnished in an additional internal agreement after probation

Terms and Conditions:

– Employment is subject to a notice period, which will be decided by the company

– The notice period shall be payable by BESCO

– Upon leaving the company, all data, documents, client details, and other company property must be handed over, and a promissory note must be signed stating that the employee will not breach any company values or business image
