Junior Finishing Supervisor – Civil in Manama

A leading Real Estate Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain seeks to employ Finishing Supervisor

Job Description:

Oversee and manage the execution of finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, and carpentry.

Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

Monitor and control material usage and labor productivity.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Resolve technical issues and challenges on-site.

Maintain accurate records of work progress and material usage.

Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality finishes.

Oversee and facilitate the installation of flooring, doors, windows, ceilings, cabinetry, and other interior and exterior elements & MEP elements.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Oversee material testing to verify quality and suitability.

Identify and rectify defects promptly.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in construction finishing or a related field.

Proven experience in civil finishing supervision.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Valid GCC driving license
