We are looking for Business Development / Sales Specialists (Saudi nationals only) with experience in financial companies and B2B sales. Candidates must be able to join immediately after selection.

Salary: 10,000 – 20,000 SAR (Negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Analyze customer feedback to measure satisfaction.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Coordinate with the BD Manager to determine effective approaches for new opportunities.

Meet potential clients, present services, and negotiate deals.

Develop new business through company partners and personal market connections.

Maintain a strong external presence in the market.

Drive efforts to win new business and expand the client base.

Understand business sources and work to grow them.

Actively promote the company brand in the market.

Balance customer needs with company objectives.
