Purchasing & Stores Officer – Dammam in Dammam

Job Title: Purchasing & Stores Officer

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

We are a well-established group of companies with over 20 years in the market. Our event production factory in Dammam (specialized in manufacturing booths, stands, and event structures) is expanding and looking for an experienced Purchasing & Stores Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle daily purchasing of materials, supplies, and factory needs.

* Receive items and maintain accurate store records.

* Conduct regular inventory checks and update reports.

* Coordinate with manpower suppliers and subcontractors (contracts, prices, payments).

* Maintain and update all related data and documentation.

Requirements:

* Relevant experience in Saudi Arabia (preferably in Dammam).

* Currently residing in Saudi Arabia (preferably Dammam).

* Strong personality, communication, and negotiation skills.

* Experience in factories, production, or event-related industries is a plus.
