About Us Our company is a dynamic startup focused on delivering innovative medical equipment and solutions to healthcare providers. We are growing quickly and seeking motivated professionals to join our field sales team. Key Responsibilities – Identify, prospect, and engage potential healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, laboratories) to understand equipment needs. – Demonstrate and present medical equipment, units, and related consumables to clinicians and procurement teams. – Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through outbound calls, emails, referrals, and event participation. – Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and clinical discussions to address customer pain points. – Develop tailored proposals, quotations, and contracts in collaboration with the solutions team. – Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery timelines; manage contracts to closure. – Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery, installation, and staff training at the end-user site. – Provide ongoing post-sales support, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell. – Maintain accurate CRM records of all activities, opportunities, and wins. – Stay informed about regulatory changes, competitor activity, and market trends. Qualifications – Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred. – Experience: 1–3 years in medical device sales, healthcare equipment, or B2B field sales; healthcare sector experience a plus. – Driving: Valid driving license and a minimum insured personal vehicle suitable for equipment demonstrations and travel. – Skills: – Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. – Strong negotiation, listening, and consultative selling abilities. – Ability to understand clinical applications of equipment and translate into customer value. – Compensation – Commission-Based Structure: Compensation is tied to a commission plan based on revenue generated from closed deals. – Payout Basis: Commission is calculated on defined revenue (e.g., gross or net revenue as specified in the plan) and paid on [monthly/quarterly]
