ARAMCO Approved- Scaffolding Supervisor – Riyadh in Riyadh

We are looking for Scaffolding Supervisor +ARAMCO APPROVED-in Riyadh Location.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and control all scaffolding erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities at site.

Ensure scaffolding works comply with ARAMCO / GEPCO standards, project specifications, and Saudi safety regulations.

Coordinate with construction, safety, and engineering teams to plan scaffolding requirements.

Conduct daily inspections of scaffolds and ensure proper tagging (Green/Yellow/Red).

Ensure all scaffolding materials are certified, in good condition, and properly stored.

Enforce HSE rules, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure safe work practices.

Maintain scaffolding records, permits, inspection logs, and manpower reports.

Lead and supervise scaffolding foremen and workers to meet project schedules.

Stop unsafe work and report hazards immediately.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor in oil & gas / industrial projects.

ARAMCO project experience is mandatory.

Valid Scaffolding Supervisor certification (TUV / CISRS / equivalent).

Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems (Tube & Clamp, System Scaffolding, etc.).

Good understanding of HSE standards and permit-to-work systems.

Ability to read drawings, method statements, and risk assessments.

Good communication and leadership skills.
