QA/QC in Dammam

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Documentation Specialist to support our Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing, managing, and maintaining documentation required for ISO compliance, internal processes, audits, and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and update QA/QC and ISO documentation (SOPs, work instructions, forms, checklists, etc.)

Develop and manage QMS documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards

Coordinate with different departments to gather process information and create accurate documentation

Maintain document control systems and ensure records are current for internal and external audits

Support the preparation of quality manuals, procedures, policies, and training materials

Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and internal requirements

Provide administrative and documentation support during audits and inspections

Requirements:

Proven experience in QA/QC or QMS documentation

Good knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant ISO standards

Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with document control systems is an advantage

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

Certification in ISO standards, QMS, or internal/external auditing is a plus
