Job Title: Freight Operations Coordinator (Air / Sea / Land) – Entry Level

Location: Dammam, Eastern Province – Saudi Arabia

Industry: Logistics / Freight Forwarding

Job Purpose:

To support daily freight forwarding operations for air, sea, and land shipments by coordinating with customers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant cargo movement. The role will also assist in basic freight cost estimation and quotation preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

-Coordinate air, sea, and land shipments from booking to final delivery.

-Prepare and review operational documents (BL, AWB, DO, invoices, packing list, etc.).

-Follow up with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs brokers.

-Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.

-Support customs clearance and delivery scheduling.

-Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, port and airport procedures, and company SOPs.

-Handle customer inquiries professionally and assist in resolving operational issues.

-Maintain accurate operational records and system updates.

-Assist in preparing freight cost estimates and basic quotations when required.

Candidate Requirements:

-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

-Open nationality (Saudi & Non-Saudi candidates may apply).

-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

-Basic knowledge of freight forwarding operations is an advantage.

-Familiarity with freight cost estimation and quotation preparation is an added advantage.

-Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

-Strong coordination, follow-up, and time management skills.

-Proficient in MS Office and email communication.

Working Conditions:

-Office-based position in Dammam.

-6 working days per week as per company policy.
