GPS CONTROLLER in Dammam

We are seeking a highly responsible and detail‑oriented GPS Controller to oversee the real‑time tracking and monitoring of our fleet. The ideal candidate will ensure safe driving practices, accurate reporting, and seamless coordination with transport operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet movement through GPS tracking systems in real time.

• Ensure drivers follow assigned routes and driving standards.

• Identify and report overspeeding, unauthorized stops, and route deviations.

• Generate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly GPS reports.

• Communicate with drivers and supervisors to resolve route or delay issues.

• Track fuel usage and detect potential misuse of vehicles.

• Maintain the performance and functionality of GPS devices.

• Support transport management in planning routes and improving fleet efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in fleet monitoring or GPS tracking (preferred).

• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and GPS software.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
