We’re expanding our Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC) production line and are looking for experienced professionals to join our team.

UHPC Process Engineers (2)

UHPC Engineers (2)

UHPC Producers (2)

Key Responsibilities

UHPC Process Engineers

Design, optimize, and improve UHPC production processes.

Develop UHPC mix designs, curing methods, and production procedures.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.

Ensure production efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

UHPC Engineers

Develop and review UHPC mix designs and material specifications.

Provide technical support for UHPC products and structural applications.

Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.

Collaborate with production and quality teams to achieve optimal performance.

UHPC Producers

Operate UHPC batching and production equipment.

Prepare and produce UHPC mixes according to approved formulations.

Monitor production parameters, including mixing time, temperature, consistency, and quality.

Maintain production records and follow safety procedures.

Requirements

Process Engineers & UHPC Engineers: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

UHPC Producers: Hands-on experience in concrete batching plants, precast concrete production, or similar manufacturing environments.

Previous experience with UHPC is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in High-Performance Concrete (HPC), precast concrete, GFRC, or advanced concrete technologies are also encouraged to apply.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
