Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Signage Machine Operator to operate and maintain signage fabrication machines including CNC routers, CO₂ laser cutting machines, and letter bending machines. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate production, high-quality output, and safe machine operation.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC routers, CO₂ laser cutting machines, and letter bending machines

Read and interpret design files and technical drawings

Set up machines, select materials, and adjust parameters

Monitor production quality and ensure precision cutting and bending

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Follow safety procedures and quality standards

Coordinate with design and fabrication teams

Maintain production logs and material usage records

Requirements

Technical diploma or relevant training in machine operation or fabrication

Proven experience operating CNC, CO₂ laser, or letter bending machines

Knowledge of signage materials (acrylic, aluminum, stainless steel, PVC, etc.)

Ability to read CAD/CAM files

Strong attention to detail and quality

Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in signage or advertising industry

Familiarity with CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, or similar software

Knowledge of LED signage fabrication
