Property Manager in Manama

We are a growing real estate and property management company in Bahrain seeking a Property Manager holding a valid RERA Property Management License to manage residential and/or commercial properties and oversee daily operations.

The ideal candidate will ensure high service standards, smooth tenant relations, and professional property management practices.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties

Handle tenant relations, complaints, and lease administration

Oversee rent collection and follow up on outstanding payments

Coordinate and supervise maintenance and contractors

Conduct property inspections and handovers

Prepare reports for owners and management

Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies

Mandatory Requirements (Important)

✅ Valid RERA Property Management License (REQUIRED)

✅1-2+ years experience in property management in Bahrain

✅ Knowledge of local rental laws and PM practices

✅ Strong communication and organizational skills

✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties

Preferred Skills

Arabic & English communication

Basic accounting and reporting skills

Experience with residential and/or commercial portfolios
