IT Business Development Officer in Dammam

We are seeking a senior, well-connected IT Business Development Manager who can:

• Open doors at government, semi-government, and large enterprise accounts

• Position AI, data, and software solutions through trusted relationships

• Convert partner technologies into commercial contracts and long-term frameworks

• Act as a market-facing ambassador for our digital expansion

This is a strategic growth role, not a transactional sales position

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Client Development

• Leverage existing relationships with:

• Government ministries & authorities

• Large enterprises

• Public sector programs

• Mega projects & national initiatives

• Introduce AI, data, software, and automation services to target clients

• Identify new digital transformation opportunities aligned with Vision 2030

Minimum 10–15 years in IT business development or enterprise technology sales

• Proven exposure to:

• AI / Data / Software / Digital Transformation projects

• Government or large enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia

• Strong understanding of public-sector procurement and enterprise buying cycles
