???? Role Objective
To manage all accounting, HR, payroll, government portals, compliance, and ERPNext operations for all companies under one unified system, ensuring accurate financial control, legal compliance, and management reporting.
This role is ideal for a smart, detail-oriented person who can independently manage small–to–medium businesses with discipline and integrity.
???? Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Accounting & Finance (Core Responsibility)
Maintain complete accounts for:
DAD Contracting (projects, invoices, expenses)
Cool.sa (B2B sales, online orders)
Retail shops & warehouses
Daily entry in ERPNext
Handle:
Sales, Purchases, Expenses
Petty cash & cash control
Bank reconciliation
Prepare:
Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
Project-wise costing & profitability
VAT filing (ZATCA) – monthly/quarterly
Prepare Annual Financial Statements (القوائم المالية) for auditor
Coordinate with external CA/Auditor
2️⃣ ERPNext Management
Full responsibility of ERPNext setup & usage
Maintain:
Chart of Accounts
Customers / Suppliers
Items, Stock, Warehouses
Projects & Cost Centers
Generate:
Management reports
Financial dashboards for owner
Ensure data accuracy & discipline
3️⃣ HR & Payroll
Employee records (Iqama, contracts, documents)
Salary processing (WPS if applicable)
Overtime, deductions, advances
Leave management
Final settlement calculations
GOSI coordination (if required)
4️⃣ Government Portals & Compliance (Very Important)
Handle and keep 100% compliance on:
ZATCA – VAT, e-invoicing
QIWA – contracts, work permits
MUDAD – wage protection
MUQEEM – employee records
Absher Business
Balady
Any other Saudi government portal related to business
???? Ensure no penalties, fines, or missed deadlines
5️⃣ Admin & Control
Maintain:
Company documents
Licenses & renewals
Vendor records
Assist owner with:
Reports
Data for decisions
Act as single point of control for back-office operations
???? Required Skills & Profile
✅ Must Have
Strong accounting fundamentals
Experience with Saudi VAT & compliance
Comfortable using ERP systems (ERPNext preferred)
Highly organized, honest, disciplined
Can work independently without daily supervision
???? Language (Mandatory)
Urdu – Fluent
English – Good
Arabic – Working level (reading portals, basic communication)
???? Ideal Candidate
Young but intelligent and responsible
Background in:
Accounting / Commerce / Finance
Experience in:
Contracting OR Trading OR SME businesses
Comfortable handling multiple companies together
Growth mindset (can grow into Finance Manager role)
???? Salary Expectation (Guidance)
Depending on experience & location:
2,500 – 3,000 SAR (KSA-based)
???? Salary can increase after 6–12 months based on performance.
