Junior Planning Engineer in Manama

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Junior Planning Engineer to join a well-established construction company in Bahrain.

Salary : Negotiable

Duty hours : 8 Hours / 26 Days

Qualification : Civil Engineering Degree

Experience : 2 – 3 years of experience in Construction / Project planning specialized in landscaping and Pools.

Technical Experience : Knowledge in Primavera / MS Project required

Key Duties & Responsibilities.

Schedule Management: Assist senior planners in developing and updating project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Progress Monitoring: Track day-to-day site progress against baseline programs and report on actual versus planned performance.

Data & Reporting: Gather data from site teams and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (including S-curves and dashboards).

Risk & Delay Analysis: Assist in identifying project bottlenecks, evaluating the critical path, and suggesting recovery or mitigation measures.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a bridge between site execution, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of shop drawings and materials.

Resource Management: Help monitor the allocation and optimization of manpower, equipment, and construction materials.
