Key Responsibilities

Camp Management

Supervise daily operations of the camp and accommodation facilities

Ensure cleanliness of rooms, common areas, washrooms, kitchens, and surroundings

Monitor housekeeping schedules and cleaning standards

Staff Supervision

Manage and supervise cleaning staff and housekeeping teams

Allocate duties and shifts for cleaning personnel

Ensure staff attendance, discipline, and proper conduct

Train staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene, and safety

Hygiene & Safety

Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are maintained

Monitor use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Enforce safety rules and use of PPE

Report health, safety, or maintenance issues immediately

Inventory & Records

Maintain records of cleaning supplies, consumables, and equipment

Request materials and ensure proper stock levels

Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and daily reports

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with management, HR, and site supervisors

Handle minor complaints or issues raised by camp residents

Prepare daily/weekly camp status reports
