Chef Helper / Pastry Commis Wanted – Salary BD 300 All-Inclusive in A’ali

We are hiring a Chef Helper / Experienced Pastry Commis for a small dessert shop in Bahrain.

The role is NOT for a chef. We need someone who can assist the main chef with preparing desserts, chocolate items, cake items, and daily production until they are trained enough to handle the work independently.

The applicant must have basic knowledge and hands-on experience in desserts, pastry, chocolate and cakes preparation.

Job Role:

Assist the chef with dessert and pastry preparation

Prepare ingredients, fillings, creams, chocolate items, and bakery items

Help with mixing, baking, decorating, packing, and display setup

Follow recipes and instructions exactly

Clean your workstation, tools, and equipment

Help organize fridges, stock, and daily production items

Maintain hygiene and food safety standards

Requirements:

Experience as a chef helper, pastry commis, bakery assistant, or dessert preparation staff

Must have pastry/dessert knowledge

Must be willing to learn and follow the chef’s instructions

Must be clean, organized, responsible, and hardworking

Must accept assisting, cleaning, arranging, and preparation work as part of the job

Candidates currently in Bahrain are preferred

Salary: BD 300 all-inclusive
