Location: Um Al Hassam, Bahrain

Tyre Technician / Shop In-Charge

Responsibilities:

– Inspect, repair, and replace tyres and rims

– Perform wheel balancing and alignment

– Check tyre pressure and overall tyre condition

– Operate tyre machines and workshop equipment

– Manage daily tyre shop operations

– Handle customer inquiries and provide tyre recommendations

– Monitor stock of tyres, valves, and accessories

– Prepare invoices and basic reports if required

– Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper tool maintenance

Skills & Requirements:

– Proven experience as a tyre technician

– Knowledge of tyre brands, sizes, and specifications

– Ability to run tyre machines and balancing equipment

– Basic computer or billing knowledge is an advantage

– Good communication and customer service skills

– Responsible, organized, and able to work independently

Automotive Technician

Responsibilities:

– Diagnose vehicle problems using tools and scanners

– Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance

– Oil changes, brake service, suspension, and engine work

– A/C and electrical troubleshooting

– Test vehicles after repairs

– Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety

– Explain repairs to customers if needed

Skills:

– Strong knowledge of automotive systems

– Problem-solving and diagnostic skills

– Experience with different car brands is an advantage

Sales Manager (Automotive Service)

Responsibilities:

– Promote car repair and maintenance services

– Handle customer inquiries and quotations

– Develop strategies to increase workshop sales

– Follow up with customers for repeat business

– Manage social media or marketing promotions

– Build partnerships with companies and fleet clients

– Monitor monthly sales targets and reports

– Train service advisors or sales staff

Skills:

– Strong communication and negotiation skills

– Sales and customer service experience

– Basic knowledge of automotive services

– Goal-oriented and organized
