Job Vacancy: Building Finishing Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Building Finishing Supervisor to oversee the final stages of our construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all interior and exterior finishing work—including tiling, painting, gypsum, and joinery works are complete to the highest standards of quality and within the project timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Supervision: Manage daily finishing activities (tiling, marble, painting, false ceilings, and woodwork).

• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets architectural specifications and company standards.

• Snag List Management: Identify defects and oversee the “snagging” process to ensure all issues are rectified before handover.

• Team Leadership: Supervise subcontractors and site labourers, ensuring high productivity and discipline.

• Material Management: Monitor material consumption, minimize wastage, and coordinate timely deliveries to the site.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all finishing teams strictly follow site safety and HSE regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in building finishing or interior fit-out projects.

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (preferred).

• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).

• Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) with strong reporting skills.
